  1. Phase 1 — foundations

    The shell, the ten languages, the keygen flow, the searchable help — everything a first-time visitor needs, without any server-side account.

  2. Phase 2 — Chain integration

    Shipped

    Connect to the chain. Ship the relay service that broadcasts user-signed operations. Release-discovery pointer lands on-chain.

  3. Phase 3 — live orderbook

    Shipped

    Indexer goes live. Browse, filter, and post orders. 15-minute replace window. Sybil-resistant fee escalation. Self-trade detection.

  4. Phase 4 — chat, feedback, reputation

    Shipped

    End-to-end encrypted chat. Signed feedback with buyer/seller roles. Public reputation profiles.

  5. Phase 5 — payments & unstoppability

    Shipped

    Live BTC / XMR / BLURT payment flows. Tor, Lokinet, and I2P hidden services. IPFS release mirror. PWA + Federated instances onboarding.

  6. Phase 6 — API integrations & marketing

    In progress

    Developers can embed a scoped orderbook screen into their UI. Users can search/browse/respond to offers without leaving the UI they trust.
